We are one of the few to have a machine for water jet cutting of 2x4 m pieces with a thickness of 200mm.

It performs precision cutting of details without further processing. It is a unique method especially for cutting plastics, tiles, terracotta.

We cut steel, aluminum, copper, plastics, glass and stone, among others.

The cutting element is a water jet containing sand (garnet) with special properties (the diameter of the sand grain is 80 µm), and the cutting nozzle is 0.7mm . The water jet is applied at a pressure of 3500 atmospheres. The cut piece is programmed into the system.

The advantage of the method of water cutting is the absence of adverse effects of high temperatures on the cut parts as is the case, for example, with plasma burning of parts. Other advantages include high accuracy, ensuring no need for additional processing.
