Steel components
The steel we use is acid-resistant steel for making oil drains (for generator seals - elements draining and supplying oil to generator seals). We make many steel elements used in the generator, also from other types of steel, constituting covers, casings, lifters, base plates, and also others (e.g. pipelines).
Fitted parts - auxiliary
- Steel nozzles are used in water collectors made of acid-resistant steel. The nozzles are a very important element in the generator cooling system. We make about 200 pieces of nozzles per month. Copper nozzles are a connecting element. We make them for the energy industry.

- slip rings
- pins - these are fastening elements, as components of generators; pins are made of steel and plastic
- caps - protect the generator rotor winding from moving
- hubs and journals
- slot wedges - used to wedge the winding in the stator slots
Oil seals of turbosets
Oil seals of turbosets consisting of oil scraper bodies, oil scrapers, scraper rings, shaft seal bodies and shaft seal body covers are made according to individual customer requirements.
Scraper bodies are made of cast iron, oil scrapers, scraper rings are made of cast aluminum, and shaft seal bodies and shaft seal body covers are made of boiler steel. Oil seals are also made as welded structures.
Oil is used as the sealing medium in the hydraulic lock of the shaft seal. The main seal, however, are the rings located in the body of the shaft seal. Between the inside of the generator and the shaft seal is a so-called sealing labyrinth (labyrinth seal) consisting of oil scraper bodies, oil scrapers and scraper rings.
Cast iron components
Cast iron castings, which are the entrusted material for machining, are later used in the generator as a seal. It is a typically cast material.
